Sandy is a licensed Broker with Ashbrook Realty. She began her career in 1996 working with a state certified appraiser, which gave her the tools necessary to understand and determine property market values. Since obtaining her real estate salesperson license in 2000 and her Broker’s license in 2012, she has closed millions of dollars in sales.
Sandy is an approved, registered Broker with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), held the office of RPAC (Realtor® Political Action Committee) Chairman for several years, served on the Multiple Listing Service board and is a Notary Public for the State of Florida.
