Working with buyers, we are able to find that perfect property; for our sellers, marketing in the broadest manner possible.

Sandy Larrison
Broker/Owner/Realtor®
Sandy is a licensed Broker with Ashbrook Realty. She began her career in 1996 working with a state certified appraiser, which gave her the tools necessary to understand and determine property market values. Since obtaining her real estate salesperson license in 2000 and her Broker’s license in 2012, she has closed millions of dollars in sales.
Sandy is an approved, registered Broker with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), held the office of RPAC (Realtor® Political Action Committee) Chairman for several years, served on the Multiple Listing Service board, is a Notary Public for the State of Florida, and currently serves on the Heartland Association of Realtors nominating committee. She is member of the Hardee County Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Wauchula.
Because Sandy sees the importance in giving back to her community, she currently serves on the Hardee County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a volunteer with VISTE (Volunteers in Service to the Elderly) and the Hardee Help Center. In the past she was a member of the Wauchula Women’s Club, Wauchula Garden Club and volunteered at the local elementary and junior high school.
Ken Sanders
Realtor®
Ken Sanders brings over 45 years of experience, gratitude, enthusiasm and excitement to his role as sales associate with Ashbrook Realty. He not only is capable of helping buyers and sellers with their real estate investments, he owns several investment properties and citrus groves, and sees the value in real estate. His past adventures included rodeo bull riding. Kenny shows his compassion for others by volunteering his time with prison and recovery ministries. Jesnny Martinez was born and raised in Florida, living in the small town atmosphere of Hardee County her entire life. She is now raising her three beautiful children with her husband here. She proudly serves as an active member of the Heartland Association of Realtors, the Hardee County Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Wauchula, and as a member of the Board of Directors for several local agricultural and youth organizations.
