Sandy Larrison
Broker/Owner/Realtor®
Sandy is a licensed Broker with Ashbrook Realty. She began her career in 1996 working with a state certified appraiser, which gave her the tools necessary to understand and determine property market values. Since obtaining her real estate salesperson license in 2000 and her Broker’s license in 2012, she has closed millions of dollars in sales.
Sandy is an approved, registered Broker with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), held the office of RPAC (Realtor® Political Action Committee) Chairman for several years, served on the Multiple Listing Service board, is a Notary Public for the State of Florida, and currently serves on the Heartland Association of Realtors nominating committee. She is member of the Hardee County Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Wauchula.
Because Sandy sees the importance in giving back to her community, she currently serves on the Hardee County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a volunteer with VISTE (Volunteers in Service to the Elderly) and the Hardee Help Center. In the past she was a member of the Wauchula Women’s Club, Wauchula Garden Club and volunteered at the local elementary and junior high school.
Ken Sanders

Ken Sanders brings over 34 years of experience, gratitude, enthusiasm and excitement to his role as sales associate with Ashbrook Realty. He not only is capable of helping buyers and sellers with their real estate investments, he owns several investment properties and citrus groves, and sees the value in real estate. His past adventures included rodeo bull riding. Kenny shows his compassion for others by volunteering his time with prison and recovery ministries. Chet has served the public through many civic groups, advisory boards, committees, councils and in elected office as Supervisor of Elections for Hardee County. Chet has served over 8 years on the Central Florida Regional Planning Council. He has also served as an alternate member of the Florida Regional Council Associations. Chet has served as Congressional District 17 Chairman on the Executive Board, Technology Committee, Rules and Constitution Committee, Small County Initiative Committee, and multiple times on the Teller Committee of the Republican Party of Florida.

Jesnny Martinez

Jesnny Martinez was born and raised in Florida, living in the small town atmosphere of Hardee County her entire life. She is now raising her three beautiful children with her husband here. Jesnny just received her real estate license and is now part of the Ashbrook Realty team. Her passion and drive to help others is what encouraged her to become a licensed agent.
